A woman in her 60s lost his son about 50 days ago. He committed suicide. He was only 24 years old. He was working normally but started gambling and borrowing money from consumer finance companies and so on. He was divorced. After his death, the woman payed off some of his debt to those closer to her and her family. But she does not want to pay off the rest of his debt. She has not told her elderly mother, younger sister and brother his son’s death. She filed the official paper to refuse his son’s inheritance including his debt. After her refusal, his son’s debt will go to her mother. But she has not told her mother her son’s death. She does not want to make her elderly mother worry. She prepared the official paper for her too without her consent that is not legal. However letters from a family court will be delivered to her mother. She worried. She has no idea what to do. She wrote to Taigu-Osho to seek his advice. Taigu-Osho replied to her confession based on his Zen Buddhism Philosophy and life experience. Taigu-Osho explains Prohibition in Buddhism Teaching. One of them is ‘Don’t tell a lie’. He explains how small lies could lead to life failure and destruction.
