A man in his 30s has a problem being so shy that he feels he is so awkward in front of people. He is worried about how other think of him so he cannot make any needed action nor suitable conversation at appropriate situations. He is stressed about that. But, he wishes to change his behaviors and live with more ease. So, the Buddhist monk, Taigu Osho, counseled him with how to change our behaviors for better and live with more confidence.
