The Healing Processes through Buddha’s Teaching

A lady, in her 40s, has struggling with her sickness both mentally and physically over last 20 years. And, she has been using medications and has received treatments from different hospitals. She divorced twice. She has a young daughter who she is living with. She is struggling because of her sickness she cannot support herself nor her daughter. She cannot keep her job. She receive welfare. But, she wants to live more stable life where she can have a regular work and make living. She is asking Taigu Osho how she can get out of this drama.

The Buddhism term used in this video is
涅槃 (ねはん/Nehan) means nirvana. But, in this video, Taigu Osho defines it as peace in one’s heart; one’s heart and mind aren’t muddy.
